This week I’ve been good. Really good. 100% on plan good. But I still missed out on my 2lb target and only lost 1lb.
I’m not feeling too happy about this. It shows in the video!
Really feeling rubbish about things at the moment, which is ridiculous. Struggling to keep on it! I need to keep focussing on my motivations, I guess.
