I went to the BBC Good Food Show as the guest of Barber’s 1883 cheddar, and they gave me a little pack with all the ingredients to make their twice-baked cheese soufflés. The recipe was already online, so I decided to film myself making it for your viewing pleasure.
This isn’t my best video. Partially because I was doing it with absolutely no equipment (it’s being filmed on an old point-and-shoot from 2008). However, Bertie keeps popping up, sometimes literally, so I thought it was worth sharing anyway.
