I did it! I stayed on plan for a whole week! Well. Five days, but still.
I lost 1.4kg this week, which is about three pounds. Not a ground breaking or life changing amount, but a start. Only 42lbs or 18.6kg to go! It sounds far less scary in kg but it’s going to go down a lot more slowly.
