2lbs in 2 weeks. That’s good, right? That’s a healthy, normal weight loss? I know it is, but I’m so impatient it feels like it’s taking forever.
Even those of you who don’t usually watch the videos should watch this week, purely so you can see my amazing new coat in all its glory and watch me go basically invisible in the first 20 seconds of the video.
It’s also got snippets of me throughout the week rather than being focused on one day, which is nice.
Next week I’m going to use Ashley’s plan of having fruit for breakfast and fruit and yogurt for lunch. I’m dubious as to whether or not this is actually going to fill me up, but Ashley insists it’s fine for her so we shall see….
