So a week of Weight Watchers leaves me grumpy, angry and tired…but 4lbs lighter.
I’m trying to build some exercise back into my life as well, with aikido lessons (aikido is a defence based martial art, all about grace and speed and balance rather than strength and aggression) and some hi-intensity exercise classes with the girls from work.
All I want from the next week is to lose one more pound. That’ll put me at 13st 4 – that’ll be lighter than I’ve been in three years.
