DID YOU MISS ME?

It feels like I’ve been away for SO LONG, not the mere six weeks I have been without internet. But I’m back, and I’ve got recipes to share and weight-loss diaries to film. Like this one below!
I’ve gone back up to 13st 8lbs, which is 8lbs heavier than I was at the wedding. Which is annoying. And actually, as I was editing this I could see the weight I’ve gained in my face and it made me feel quite sad and self-conscious, which I don’t like and don’t want.
Eventually I want to get down to 11st, which is 5lbs lower than my slimmest and saw me at a comfortable size 12. I’d also like to get to a place where I run three times a week, with yoga or something in between. But that’s a long way off so my goals for this week are purely to meal plan. Anything I do above that is a bonus.
I’m also going to chuck some delicious recipes your way this week, including this recipe for warm halloumi and pomegranate salad…
