I gained weight this week. Only a half, but enough to freak me out so much that I went off plan.
This is exactly the wrong thing to do when you gain weight. Especially considering I don’t think it was a “true” gain – I’d lost 4lbs the week before, which is way more than I usually lose, so I think this was just things evening out. If I’d kept my head and calmed down and stuck to plan 100%, I probably could have had it off with a little bit more this week. Instead I’m looking at a gain, and this time I have no-one to blame but myself.
