Week three on my weight loss plan. It’s not going too well, and I’m getting a bit demotivated.
If you have any tips, I’d really appreciate them. I want to do them but jealousy and slow progress is making it ever so tough.
On the plus side, so far the running is going well. I mean, I still hate it but I can see myself getting better at it and feel myself getting stronger with it, so that’s helping.
