That lovely Ashley Fryer did it again. She deigned to film a vlog with me — this time on my cooking nemesis, ganache.
We used some chocolate that Lindt sent me — 70% Intense Chocolate, and it was amazing. Seriously. We made two batches of ganache, one with the Lindt and one with some basic dark chocolate, and the difference was astonishing.
