This week I’m looking at getting back into the swing of weight-loss, and realising just how daunting I find that idea. I’d gotten into a good rhythm of exercise and eating healthily, and then the wedding got in the way. More than that, I got out of the habit of actively making sure that I liked what I saw when I looked in the mirror, and I really need to work on getting that back as I can feel the sad thoughts creeping back in.
Problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to do that. Practising self-love is hard and reminded yourself that you are worth looking after is even harder – how do you do it?
