This week, Ashley from Peach Trees and Bumblebees joined me to chat about how she’s lost and kept off just under two stone.
Ashley is a convert to Slimming World after she came along to a class to support me a few years ago. She’s since encouraged an awful lot of her friends to join, too, and they’ve almost all seen amazing results.
In this video she talks about the importance of planning and routine. She’ll plan her food so that if she is going to have a day where she can’t be on plan, like at a party or a meal out, she makes sure that she does some exercise or eats a low-calorie breakfast and lunch beforehand. She also talks about exercise, and how she went from not really enjoying it at all to running a half marathon to using ClassPass to go to multiple exercise classes a week.
