So…yes. A step backwards this week. I ate a lot of bad things and put on 2lbs.
What happened? Well, I ate badly all weekend. Then I just saw the number climbing higher and higher on the scales, even though I’d been eating well. And being so demotivated meant that when I was out with workmates on Thursday, I had sugary non-alcoholic cocktails with friends. And being so demotivated meant that when I was out with friends on Friday I got really, really, ridiculously drunk on sugary alcoholic cocktails. Ooops.
I think this is the first week I’ve put weight on rather than staying the same.
It’s not all bad, though – I DID find a cool way to exercise this week that I’m really looking forward to trying more of!
