This week, I lose another pound despite eating quite a lot of bad things, because I exercised every day. Despite still hating exercise, I’m currently its biggest fan.
After months of going for it, I’ve finally got my two stone and a half stone award. Half of me is elated, half f me is dubious at how much further I have to go (three stone). FINGERS CROSSED the next half a stone doesn’t take so long.
